Victorinox Ultra Grip 12cm Flexible Curved Boning Knife

A slip resistant, flexible, curved boning knife meat boning knife for deep cuts and holes, with a flexible curved blade design to allow easy piercing and deboning of beef and pork. The tapered, pointed blade is a necessity for working closely around joints. Part of the Fibrox collection of high-quality pieces that combine comfortable, non-slip, ergonomic handles with easy-to-sharpen blades and a long service life.
